At Towels N More, our shipping process is simple. All online orders are shipped within one business day of the time when they are originally placed. The only exception to this rule will be if you order an item that is in “back order” status, at which point the item would ship as soon as it becomes available. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the following Monday. Orders placed after 3 pm mountain time are shipped the next business day
We use FedEx and or UPS Ground for all regular orders. Bulk orders are shipped through LTL, Free shipping offer is for bulk order over $5000 and only to lower 48 states and use LTL. If 50% or over bulk free shipping order returned, full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please check your order at arrival and inform us within 24 hours of delivery of any concerns like shortage or damage.
If an order is cancelled by customer while en-route to the customer the shipping charges and any extra cost of returning the package will not be refunded.
