RETURN POLICY

To return merchandise, you need to obtain an RMA number by emailing us at sales@towelsNmore.com. Read the return policy before emailing us. Once your return is approved, we will email you back with your RMA number, which you will need to write on the returning package for expedited processing, or it will delay your refund. Please include the following in your email:

  • Order Number or Invoice number
  • Reason for return
  • Total number of items you are returning

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to take it back under the following terms and conditions:

  • Please report your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • The product has to be in unused condition.
  • The product has to be packed in poly bags, as it was sent by us, and any loose towels returned in the box will not be accepted.
  • The customer will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges.
  • Credit will only be issued if the above mentioned terms and conditions are fulfilled.
  • Shipping cost is non refundable.
  • If the product is returned by the shipping company due an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be liable for the entire shipping and return cost charged by the shipping company, plus a 15% restocking cost of the product.
