RETURN POLICY

To return merchandise you need to obtain a RMA number by emailing us at sales@towelsNmore.com, Read Return policy before emailing us. Once your return is approved we will email back to you with your RMA number which you will need to write on the returning package for expedited processing or it will delay your refund. Please include following in your email;

  • Order Number or Invoice number
  • Reason for return
  • Total number of items you are returning

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to take it back under following terms and conditions:

  • Please report your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Product has to be in unused condition.
  • Product has to be packed in poly bags as it was sent by us, any loose towels returned in the box will not be accepted.
  • Customer will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges.
  • Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fulfilled.
  • Shipping cost is non refundable.
  • If product is return by the shipping company due an incorrect address provided by the customer, customer will be liable for entire shipping and return cost charged by the shipping company plus a 15% restocking cost of products.
